Responsibilities:
  • Identify, define, and support execution of strategic priorities in close collaboration with DRW leadership
  • Deliver concrete and data-based business planning recommendations to senior leaders; assist in the development of comprehensive annual business plans, highlighting resource and planning considerations related to the viability of proposed plans
  • Coordinate with various internal committees to lead key growth initiatives
  • Build relationships across trading groups to identify opportunities and use our unique capabilities to expand into new or incremental opportunities
  • For selected projects, help drive implementation of new initiatives, in partnership with the relevant desk and a dedicated project manager
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, from a leading financial institution, top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm
  • Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically
  • Experience performing data-driven analysis
  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively leverage data to analyze and quantify new business opportunities
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
