About you

We are looking for an experienced GP who is passionate about the potential for new technology transforming healthcare and the improvement it can make to patients and their wellbeing.

As part of our Clinical Content Team, you will be creating, revising and maintaining accurate and up to date clinical content. You will be a logical and independent thinker, responsible for providing clinical advice and expertise to Clinician Clinical Content Editors, Clinical Directors and across the organisation. You will also be contributing to the clinical safety and quality of the HealthHero products and their content.

You will:

  1. Create, revise and maintain accurate and up to date clinical content
  2. Develop and maintain algorithms, risk-based calculations and other clinical content for digital healthcare products
  3. Have knowledge of and experience in all aspects of the build and testing process
  4. Understand and contribute to the release process for all products
  5. Summarise complex content regarding build for others to understand; present formally and informally
  6. Question and challenge processes to ensure effectiveness of systems and approaches
  7. Deputise for the Clinical Director when necessary, supervising others, clinically approving work, and managing the release process

You will also need:

  1. To be an experienced and fully qualified GP, with full registration with the GMC
  2. To be able to travel to our London or Bracknell office at least once a fortnight
  3. The ability to develop effective working relationships with a variety of individuals
  4. To prioritise and meet deadlines
  5. Computer competency (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software
  6. Strong team-working, written and spoken communication, clinical thinking and problem-solving skills
  7. A keen interest in learning new technology skills, including designing and building algorithms
  8. Strong abstract and analytical skills to translate guidelines into decision-making algorithms

Desired:

  • Previous experience in care pathways design or evidence-based practice
