The Graduate Building Surveyor offered the role will be an integral part of this interdisciplinary team, working on a range of exciting projects across commercial, residential, and public sector developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior surveyors with site inspections and surveys
2. Support with the preparation of reports and technical documents
3. Assist in managing building projects from inception to completion
4. Conduct research and provide advice on building regulations and compliance
5. Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements to be considered for this Graduate Building Surveyor role:

1. A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (RICS-accredited preferred)
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. A keen interest in the property, building services and construction sectors
4. Full clean UK driving license
5. Full right to work in the UK
6. Live in or near to Bromley
