Job Description

Our client, a specialist property and construction consultancy based near London Bridge, is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team. With a strong focus on commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, they deliver expert services in building surveying, project management, and cost consultancy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Building Surveying graduate to gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and support towards achieving RICS chartership while working on a wide variety of exciting projects.

Graduate Building Surveyor - Role Overview:

  • Conducting building condition surveys and preparing detailed reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of specifications, schedules of works, and tender documents
  • Supporting contract administration and project delivery
  • Gaining exposure to dilapidations, party wall matters, and other key surveying duties
  • Working closely with senior surveyors to develop technical and professional skills
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Graduate Building Surveyor - Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (or a related discipline)
  • Strong ambition to achieve RICS chartership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Full UK driving licence
