The Role: Graduate Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Data Management

EDM empowers users to manage complex data effectively, regardless of project scope.
The Team:
The Graduate Consultant role is part of a professional services team based in Manchester working with clients globally primarily on implementation activities for the EDM product suite. The team is coached and led by a senior member of the team and are trained in using SQL Server, the EDM application, and in the informational needs of modern financial institutions. It is a dynamic role and provides a fantastic opportunity to build a solid career solving the data management issues of global top tier institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire working knowledge of the EDM software application.
- Support the configuration of the EDM Platform, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
- Test project deliverables to verify alignment with documented requirements.
- Track and manage issues affecting EDM functionality delivery.
- Address internal and external requests for EDM packages.
- Identify and document any potential deviations from the agreed project scope.
- Ensure accurate and timely information flows by interacting with clients and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a delivery-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to successful project and service delivery.
- Recent graduate with a degree (preferably in STEM).
- Strong interest in Financial, Energy, and/or Maritime Trade Markets solutions.
- Understanding of Project Management and Project Lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
- Ambitious and eager to advance in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relational databases, data mining, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong team player.
