Role overview:

Join WM Reply as a Graduate Microsoft Power Platform Consultant and help organisations transform their business processes through powerful solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. You'll design, develop, and implement solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate, driving efficiency and innovation for enterprise clients. With a focus on continuous learning and hands-on experience, you will develop a deep understanding of Power Platform's capabilities while delivering impactful results for clients across industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and test Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, tailored to meet enterprise client needs.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of the Power Platform's full capabilities, including best practices, use cases, benefits, and limitations.
3. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their business challenges, and design solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
4. Provide expert consultation on how to best leverage Power Platform tools to streamline processes and drive digital transformation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions into clients' existing systems and workflows.
6. Stay updated on the latest Power Platform developments and best practices, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge.

About the candidate:

• You have a 2:1 degree in an IT/Business based subject.
• You love tech! And People!
• Influencing and leadership skills as you'll be expected to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners daily.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Some work experience is beneficial - a placement year or internship.
