This role offers the perfect balance of analytical and creative work. You'll engage your left-brain skills to leverage data-driven insights to refine our recruitment strategies, while also tapping into your right-brain creativity to build strong connections with top talent, foster meaningful relationships, and design compelling recruitment campaigns.

If you're passionate about Talent Acquisition and eager to sharpen your recruitment skills while making a real impact on others' careers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in building relationships with hiring managers and People teams to understand the upcoming hiring needs and expectations.
  • Candidate Experience & Management: Support the candidate journey by coordinating communication and interview scheduling.
  • Sourcing: Learn to identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Evaluation & Selection: Help review applications, organize assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Ownership & Prioritization: Develop time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams to support recruitment efforts and hiring strategies.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview:

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't:

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be a plus.

What to expect from the hiring process:

  • Call with Talent Partner
  • Assessment/Practical Interview
  • Final Interview with the hiring team
