The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in defining and executing Boba's visual identity across multiple platforms and five brands under the Boba umbrella. This person will work on a variety of projects, including packaging design, digital content for e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and Amazon assets such as A+ content, storefronts, and product detail pages.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of a growing brand, working on a range of projects that span digital and print. You'll collaborate with marketing, product development, and sourcing teams to bring our brand vision to life and create assets that connect with parents worldwide. With five brands under Boba, you will have the unique opportunity to work across different brand identities, ensuring each maintains a cohesive yet distinct look and feel while aligning with our overarching mission.
Branding and Design execution:
- Design high-quality packaging, promotional inserts, and materials that align with Boba's brand identity.
- Develop Amazon A+ Content (B+), Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and storefront assets to enhance the customer experience.
- Create compelling digital content for social media, email marketing, and D2C websites to drive engagement and conversion.
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable look.
Creative problem-solving & brand evolution:
- Contribute to new product launches and rebrands, shaping the visual identity of upcoming Boba products.
- Analyse consumer insights and market trends to inform design direction.
- Ensure all creative assets meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in packaging design, digital content, and print materials.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Amazon/e-commerce platforms (A+ content, EBC, storefronts) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret consumer insights and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in photo and video editing is a bonus; animation skills are a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Passion for branding, design, and creating engaging content for families and parents.
