We are a leading recruitment agency seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor for a permanent position at NE1 8ST. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in grounds maintenance and be adept at providing accurate cost estimates.

Requirements:

PA1/PA6 certifications

Valid UK driving license

Manual handling certification

Extensive experience in grounds maintenance

Experience in providing cost estimates

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing grounds maintenance activities

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards

Providing cost estimates for maintenance projects

Supervising and training grounds maintenance staff
