Group Data Protection Coordinator

Good morning Belgium,

We are currently looking for a Group Data Protection Coordinator for one of our client in Belgium, this is a mission of at least 3 months.

Your mission:

You play a central, coordinating role in managing data and privacy protection risks across the group. As a bridge between local Data Protection Officers (DPOs), Compliance teams and the Group Head Office, you ensure consistency, alignment and efficient collaboration across all entities and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and align local DPOs and compliance teams on data protection implementation.
• Support strategic projects involving data protection at group level.
• Ensure smooth communication between the Group HQ and local DPOs.
• Monitor and report group-wide data protection risks.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to local DPOs and Compliance Officers.
• Assist in regulatory investigations and major customer complaints related to data privacy.

Your profile:

• Solid experience in data protection, GDPR, compliance or risk management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strategic mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
