About Our Client
Michael Page Finance are delighted to be exclusively partnering a specialist company based in North West London.
The business has grown organically and with a number of key acquisitions, they have 5x their turnover in the last couple of years to circa £150m. With operations globally, the business is strategically placed to continue to grow, especially in North America. Highly profitable, the group will continue to acquire businesses with a likely exit in the next couple of years.
As a result of the growth, the business is looking to hire a brand new Group Finance Manager.
Job Description
Reporting in to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a small team
- Preparation of the the UK Statutory Accounts
- Financial and management reporting
- Preparation of the financial statements
- Year-end audit
- Preparation and delivery of compliance, liaising with external advisers
- Bank
- Ad-hoc as required and projects
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Finance Manager will likely be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally trained within a Top 20 Practice or industry trained with experience in a private equity backed environment
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Excel skills
- Prior experience of group consolidations
- Ability to manage work flow and deliver to tight deadlines
What's on Offer
The Group Finance Manager role comes with a base salary of circa £80,000-85,000, plus bonus and benefits. The business also offer hybrid working of 3 days in office per week.
