Key to its continued expansion will be the appointment of a Group Financial Controller to report directly to the CFO and take responsibility for group reporting and analysis including:

1. Oversee subsidiary reporting
2. Financial analysis and KPIs
3. Forecasting and budgeting
4. Covenant reporting
5. Group reporting and consolidations
6. Statutory reporting
7. Key point of contact for auditors and tax
8. Ad hoc - eg acquisition/due diligence

You should be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), with several years' PQE and some international and group accounting experience.
