Group Financial Controller

Partnered with a leading organisation based in Norfolk, we are searching for a Group Financial Controller on a full time permanent basis with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days per week working from home.

In this role, you will have responsibility for overseeing the balance sheet, ensuring all departments comply with statutory requirements, group reporting, audits, and group consolidation. You will also have full responsibility for tax and compliance. Improving financial systems to simplify processing and strengthen controls will be a part of this role. You will also manage and have oversight of a large team inclusive of a Management/Financial Accounting, AP, AR, and Tax function. A full job description can be available upon request.

In return, a salary between £90,000-£95,000 per annum is on offer plus an annual bonus and various other benefits including enhanced healthcare and pension.
