I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Group General Manager for a patch of independent schools in North West London.

My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers and is recruiting for a busy and prestigious contract. This role is not for the faint-hearted, with the team catering for almost 1500 covers a day across 3 different locations.

As the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for 3 different locations, managing 3 Managers and a wider team of 40+ staff, ensuring training, development, and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budgets and costs.

The ideal Group General Manager will have the following skills/knowledge:

1. Currently working within the independent education sector of contract catering.
2. Managed a multi-site operation.
3. Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
4. Strong stakeholder relationships.

Working predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends to suit the needs of the business.
