Group Reporting Manager

This role is a newly created Financial Reporting Manager for a well known retail business in Leeds. They have decided to create this role to help accommodate company growth. The business is seeking a fully qualified Technical Accountant who wants to work in the fast paced, ever changing world of retail.

Ideally you will come from the following background and have the following attributes:

• Fully qualified ideally from a practice background
• Advanced excel skills
• Great attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Able to work to strict deadlines

The day to day duties include:

• Statutory accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting the month end close
• Working with external tax advisors
• Support the month end close
• Responsible for fixed asset and capex reporting
• Lead internal controls and compliance
• cash flow forecasting
