The Challenge

Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers' digital transformation and new experience-led business models. The EMEA GTM Strategy team works to advise Adobe's senior leadership on strategies for improved market success and customer impact across all lines of business and EMEA geographies. Our goal is to bring together targeted programs and initiatives with leading operational approaches to deliver high-impact recommendations that help the field team scale and compete. GTM Strategy's remit includes both the creation of strategy as well as working with the broader organization on scale, global rollout and change management.

As part of the EMEA GTM Strategy Team, this role is responsible for shaping and executing the GTM Strategy of our DX solutions in EMEA, business partnering closely with the Senior Director, DX Solutions for EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect all aspects of our Enterprise GTM, developing insights and recommendations to influence senior decision makers.

  • Employ data analysis, market research, design thinking, interviews, financial modeling & other techniques to create strategies & programs to bolster sales performance.

  • Act as a business partner to Senior Director, DX Solutions for EMEA, leveraging excellent interpersonal & analytical skills to drive performance & influence key business decisions.

  • Analyze internal performance metrics to identify opportunities across the DX solution portfolio.

  • Deliver targeted sales programs and initiatives relating to the DX product portfolio (including: new product launches, targeted up/cross-sell motions, competitive plays, etc).

  • Provide EMEA market feedback to Global DX product leaders & supporting localisation of strategy in EMEA.

  • Be part of a high performing team with rich opportunities to develop as a GTM leader, thought leader, and business leader.

  • Help scale the GTM Strategy team by improving our methodologies, mentoring others into the team, and eventually leading engagements and business initiatives.

  • Learn the Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.

What You Need to Succeed

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.

  • 4+ years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects and able to shift priority as needed while maintaining high-quality results.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment.

Bonus Points

  • Work experience at a leading technology company, management consulting firm, or within an equivalent corporate strategy group, digital agency, or marketing department.

  • Deep knowledge of the technology industry, including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models.

  • Experience creating GTM strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution.
