Hays - Project Manager

They are a leading company in the insurance sector, dedicated to managing and evolving our insurance applications and systems. They are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate various projects involving multiple IT teams. This role is crucial for structuring, organizing, and managing IT application projects within the organization.

Your new role

• Actively structure and organize IT application projects
• Frame projects with key stakeholders, identify solutions, develop implementation plans, and secure necessary resources and budgets
• Coordinate and follow up on project activities based on priorities, competencies, and customer needs
• Advise and support project team members to ensure high performance
• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously (small and medium)
• Maintain an overview of projects, report progress, and communicate with stakeholders
• Prepare regular progress reports, addressing issues, decisions, and actions

Your profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in the insurance sector
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities
• Team and result-oriented
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English, with a good understanding of the second national language
