HCM ETL Consultant

*HCM ETL Consultant- Mainly remote role*

Here at RED, we are looking for an HCM ETL Consultant to join their HCM team specializing in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, with a focus on SQL and integration with Workday and Workforce platforms.

The consultant is expected to start in March 2025 and for an initial 12 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project is mainly remote with occasional travel within Europe.

Desired skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in ETL development and data migration.
• Strong expertise in SQL (including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Workday and/or Workforce data structures and integration processes.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SQL or similar platforms.
