Salary: 30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 15:00Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development and Food Preparation

• Create innovative and seasonal menus that cater to customer preferences and align with the restaurant's vision.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor and control portion sizes and food costs to achieve financial targets set by the General Manager
• Stay updated on food trends and incorporate them into the menu where appropriate.

Operational Management

• Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation, to minimise waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs or replacements needed.
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Financial Responsibility

• Monitor kitchen budgets and manage food costs effectively.
• Identify opportunities to optimise resources and reduce expenses.
• Analyse sales and customer feedback to adjust menus and pricing strategies.
