Tasks

• Responsible for setting up Building Information Modelling procedures, strategy, and model structures for various components of large infrastructure projects.
• Leading the BIM project team and acting as point of contact.
• Coordination of the development of the BIM environment.
• Providing BIM training and workshops on both project and non-project bases to internal and external team members on BIM processes, tools, and project requirements.
• Working in international and dynamic project teams, leading the BIM integration of all project disciplines.
• Liaising with the estimation team, construction execution, designers, modellers, and schedulers towards integration of relevant information into the models.
• Liaising with the client's BIM team and other external BIM teams.
• Promotion and communication of best practices.
• Identifying BIM trends and business opportunities.
• Understanding building regulations and planning permission processes.
• Job familiarisation with internal BIM department (Germany) possible.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Significant level of BIM experience and team management.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate experience.
• Basic MS Office skills.
