Head of Capital Management - 28182

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Capital Management to join the P&C Capital Actuarial team.

Key Duties (including but not limited to):

1. Capital management function for UK branch responsible for managing capital and capitalisation activities e.g. management actions.
2. Ensure delivery of analysis supporting the buffer, and reporting requirements including quarterly and annual model change reports.
3. Ensure successful running of Capital Committees and effective contribution to business governance fora.
4. Ensure delivery and validation of regulatory submissions to PRA - QRTs, templates.
5. Qualified Actuary with experience in capital modelling and management.
6. Any prior experience of regulatory engagement would be advantageous.
7. Quick grasp of different models, codes and processes and commercial acumen.
8. Grasp of investment assets and their characteristics is desirable.
9. A serious and professional attitude towards compliance of regulatory submissions with an eye for attention to detail in order to support accuracy.
