Head of Change

Our Change team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Head of Change to join our Leadership Team. The successful candidate will drive through a wealth of projects making a real impact for customers and team members. Experience in leading change and project management, building relationships with stakeholders, influencing others, as well as commercial understanding to do great things are the key attributes we are looking for. Salary and Working Hours

Starting salary: £70,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)

Hybrid working: 2 days per week from our Head Office (Cambridge)
