TasksKey Responsibilities - Lead, Inspire & Drive Success
- Team Leadership & Performance - Oversee and guide the Account Managers and professionals, ensuring targets are met while fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
- Training & Mentorship - Design and implement impactful training programs to equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
- Motivation & Recognition - Cultivate a high-energy, high-performance culture through strategic incentive programs, recognition, and team engagement.
- Business Growth & Expansion - Identify and seize new market opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's global footprint.
- Market & Competitive Insights - Analyze industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to develop winning strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Client Relationship Management - Lead high-stakes negotiations with key clients, securing favorable agreements and building long-term partnerships.
- Customer Success Strategy - Develop and execute strategies that enhance client relationships, optimize account management, and ensure long-term success while proactively addressing challenges and unlocking new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual Communicator (English & Spanish) - You're fluent in both languages, with top-tier negotiation skills that allow you to build strong, lasting client relationships across diverse markets.
- Leadership & Results-Driven Mindset - You're a proven leader, able to manage high-performing teams, drive strategic projects, and consistently deliver exceptional customer success in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinker - You don't just solve problems-you anticipate them. With sharp strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making, you create innovative solutions that drive business growth and elevate client success.
- Commercial Expertise - You have a strong background in upselling, corporate sales, bookings, and building long-term, positive client relationships that drive revenue growth.
- Tech-Savvy & Performance-Focused - You know your way around tools like Excel, using them to track, analyze, and optimize your team's performance, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
- Commitment to Success & Flexibility - You're driven by success and undeterred by challenges. You're open to traveling to the U.S. twice a year as part of your commitment to growth.
- Experience that sets you apart - Proven previous success experience is highly recommended.

Work Conditions & Perks
- Work from Anywhere - Enjoy full flexibility while working with a high-performing global team.
- Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM - Fixed schedule, 40-hour workweek. (US Central Time)
- Business Trips to the U.S. - Twice a year to connect with clients and drive global success.
- Start Date: ASAP - But we'll wait for the right candidate.
- Compensation - Earn What You Deserve.
- Base Salary - $48,000 per year ($4,000/month).
- Variable Pay - $36,000 per year ($3,000/month).
- Total Potential Earnings - $84,000 per year.
