Opportunity to take over the lead and future development of commercial litigation services.

Our client is a thriving, commercial practice, which is headquartered in the UK and has a significant presence in the North West. Offering a vibrant and engaging culture, it has a distinct offering in the market and you will be afforded a high degree of autonomy with flexibility and hybrid working.

You will be acting for a diverse client base including large private limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs, and partnerships. Recognised for its technical expertise and with an impressive portfolio of clients, the department attracts significant instructions.

Whilst the role requires someone with commercial acumen and gravitas, there is no requirement for a personal following. We understand that this is not possible for various reasons, especially with litigation services. That said, if the person appointed does wish to bring and introduce clients from the outset, this can be accommodated and remuneration will reflect this.

This immediate requirement is for someone who has sufficient experience to manage technical and complex litigation and also be responsible for supervising and mentoring the team. If you are looking to play a significant and strategic role, we are keen to speak with you.
