About the job 
Rutherford is currently supporting a growing Private Credit business in London. This position is offered on a part-time or contract basis, requiring two days of work per week.
Responsibilities:- Be the point of contact for compliance for regulators, investors, and wider stakeholders.
- Review and develop the compliance monitoring program.
- Provide regulatory advice to the investment team and senior management.
- Manage regular compliance and financial crime tasks.
- Deliver compliance training to the front office.
- 7 - 12 years of compliance experience on the buy side.
- Strong FCA and EU regulatory knowledge.
