Head of Construction Europe

Net Zero People are working with a leading BESS Renewable Power developer who are looking for a Head of Construction.

• Manage a portfolio of renewable energy projects (BESS, wind, and solar), from financial close to commissioning.
• Establish key project deliverables, reporting mechanisms, and timelines. Manage progress in accordance with specific project deliverables.
• Manage the different contracts and project obligations during the construction phase (EPC contract; grid connection agreement, planning consent, environmental permits ).
• Conduct technical due diligence pre/post-acquisition, including site visits, estimation of cost, and constructability.
• Alongside the Technology and Procurement team, contribute to or lead procurement activities for each project.
