TPL are partnering with an independent development consultancy to identify a Acquisition and Development Lead.

As a result of an internal promotion, the business is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor to lead the Acquisition and Development team, working with existing and new clients to deliver regeneration and infrastructure projects nationally.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing & supporting a team of surveyors.
• Principal client contact to new and existing projects.
• As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic business decision making.
• Business generation.
• Budget control.
• APC support & training to surveyors looking to pursue RICS chartered status.

To be considered you will:

• Have more than 10 years property experience.
• Be a Chartered Surveyor (preferably at least 5 years post qualification experience).
• Have a good understanding of Land Assembly principles & Landlord & Tenant legislation.
• Have a proven track record in property transactions & people management.
