The Role:
The Head of Demand Planning EMEA will lead and direct the Demand Planning function for the EMEA region for all sales channels in the Performance Lifestyle Group portfolio. This role is responsible for the end-to-end omni Demand Planning process, from long-term planning, seasonal planning, and through to the monthly forecast cycle. You will partner with Sales, Product, and operational colleagues in Customer Service and Finance to ensure the most accurate view of our sales expectations across all time horizons. As the key link with the Demand Planning team in the US head office, you will also be the lead point of contact for EMEA Commercial & Finance teams.
Your Impact:
- Managing a monthly consensus forecast process across all channels
- Managing Key Demand Planning KPIs
- Developing and motivating the PLG Demand Planning team
- Aligning demand planning output with intro dates, launch requirements, and regional specifics
- Driving consistency across all brands within EMEA demand planning
- Representing EMEA on Demand Planning Projects within Deckers Global operations

- Experienced Demand Planner with team management experience
- Knowledgeable in multi-brand/multi-region operations, Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve forecasts and influence stock investments
- Collaborative management style with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to challenge senior management positively and constructively
