Job Description

As Head of Finance - FP&A, you will:

1. Lead financial planning and analysis, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
3. Drive the three-year strategic financial planning process and deliver key outputs for the Board and investors.
4. Manage capital investment planning and cost excellence initiatives.
5. Spearhead finance transformation projects to improve efficiency and reporting.
6. Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
7. Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial alignment across the business.

The Successful Applicant

1. Proven leadership experience - strong experience in financial planning and reporting.
2. Retail sector expertise - understanding of industry trends and key financial metrics.
3. FP&A and system implementation - experience driving finance transformation.
4. Strategic business partnering - ability to challenge and influence executive teams.
5. Change leadership - a track record of driving financial and operational improvements.
6. Strong analytical skills - ability to translate data into actionable insights.
