The Global FP&A department at STADA connects the Executive Board with regional and market leadership teams, coordinating company-wide planning and providing strategic analysis. The department manages monthly management reporting, including P&Ls and cash flow, and oversees system integration and enhancement projects.

• You lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
• You oversee SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud systems.
• You serve as the business partner on FP&A system-related topics.
• You act as the contact for the SAP S/4HANA rollout in FP&A.
• You manage FP&A system implementation and enhancement projects.
• You define project scopes and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution.
• You collaborate with external consulting partners.
• You drive initiatives aligned with STADA's corporate strategy.

• You have a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• You bring 7+ years of experience in a multinational, international environment.
• You have expertise in leading FP&A systems, especially SAP BW and SAC.
• You are proficient in financial modeling and reporting tools.
• You have excellent analytical skills with a strong track record in project management.
• You are collaborative, have a "can-do" attitude, and possess industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods.
• You are fluent in English, essential for global team communication.
