Head of HR (Maternity Cover)

We are looking to appoint a Head of HR (maternity cover) to join Westminster Abbey, providing interim leadership to a dedicated HR team in a high-profile and fast-paced environment. You will support the Abbey's leadership team with expert senior HR knowledge and will have effective business partnering and collaborative skills.

We are seeking applications from individuals who have a passion for people management, strong transformational and change management skills, with a proven track record in senior HR roles, ideally with experience in the heritage sector. This person will lead the HR team, drive employee engagement and development, ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture that enhances the visitor experience.
