Are you passionate about measuring and communicating impact? Do you have the skills to turn data into compelling insights that influence change?

Join a respected charitable foundation supporting small and local charities. This role is about shaping strategy, improving evaluation, and ensuring the foundation's impact is seen and understood.

What You'll Be Doing

? Lead and improve impact measurement-ensure data drives decisions.
? Strengthen quantitative evaluation-more numbers, more insights!
? Challenge and refine existing processes-embed a culture of learning.
? Translate data into compelling stories-influencing stakeholders, funders & policymakers.
? Manage a high-performing team, driving innovation and excellence.
? Work with senior leadership to shape the foundation's long-term strategy.
? Support internal database improvements, ensuring data is structured effectively.
? Run reports and contribute to system enhancements on Salesforce or a similar CRM.

What We're Looking For

? Impact measurement & evaluation expert, with strong quantitative skills.
? Strategic thinker who can lead and influence change.
? Data storyteller-turning insights into action.
? Proactive, vocal & confident-a change driver, not a bystander.
? Experience in charities/social impact (or strong transferable skills).
? Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and experience in reporting & system improvements.
