Head of IT (m/f/d)

• Strategic IT planning and implementation: development and implementation of the IT strategy, as well as advising the management on all IT-specific issues
• IT infrastructure and security: responsibility for the planning, implementation and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure
• Project management and innovation: management and implementation of IT projects to improve business processes and promote digital innovation
• Employee management and development: expansion and management of the IT team, promotion of professional and personal development
• User support and training: Ensuring effective technical support for all departments
• Digitalization and process optimization: Identification and implementation of automation and optimization potentials
• Supplier and service provider management: selection and management of IT service providers, including procurement, negotiation of contracts and service level agreements

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Successfully completed studies, e.g. in the field of computer science or comparable professional training with relevant professional experience.
• Management experience desirable.
• Experience in conception, realization and administration of complex IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge in the areas of IT architecture management, IT security, IT service management, IT sourcing and process management.
• Understanding of operational processes in production and willingness to familiarize yourself with the specifics of food production.
• Organizational strength, flexibility, analytical thinking, independent working style and strong problem-solving skills are among your strengths.
• Experience in project management and the ability to analyze project requirements and processes.
• The ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges round off your profile.
