Head of Marketing FTC 12-15 months

We are working with an innovative barrister's chambers to recruit a Head of Marketing for a 12-15 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a small marketing team.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across litigation, shipping, and arbitration.
3. Oversee directories submissions and ensure accurate representation.
4. Manage a full mix of marketing activities.
5. Organise and coordinate events to enhance the chambers' profile.
6. Collaborate with barristers to drive marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a law firm.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
4. Experience in litigation, shipping, and arbitration sectors is desirable.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
