As the new Head of Performance Marketing, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy. We're talking hands-on leadership-especially when it comes to Google Ads and our digital strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Leading the Charge : Own and grow our paid performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.

  2. Getting Stuck In : Roll up your sleeves and lead campaign strategy and execution-everything from keyword targeting to bidding and optimisation.

  3. Making Data Your Superpower : Use campaign data and user insights to tweak, test, and improve for maximum impact.

  4. Team Player Mode : Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Data to align goals and drive results.

  5. Strategic Thinking : Build a long-term vision for performance marketing, while staying hands-on and practical in the day-to-day.

  6. Trying New Things : Experiment, A/B test, automate, and explore smart targeting to keep us ahead of the game.

Ideal background

  1. A solid background in performance marketing with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping).

  2. 5-10 years performance marketing experience

  3. Prior experience of working within a tech scale-up, marketplace/ tech platform or similar. B2C experience preferred.

  4. Analytical and technical know-how when it comes to campaign optimisation, bidding, and conversion tracking.

  5. Great with tools like Google Analytics, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks.

  6. Experience running multi-channel digital campaigns (think Google, Meta, programmatic-you name it).
