Location: Devon Salary: £65-£75k Hybrid Working

We're looking for a Global Head of Project Delivery to drive the success of major IT and business change initiatives. In this role, you'll lead the Project Management Office (PMO), oversee large-scale projects, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's project and change management strategy.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Project Delivery:

• Strategic Leadership - Define and implement project and change management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Project Portfolio Management - Oversee the successful delivery of IT and business projects, ensuring governance, best practices, and efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development - Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Project Managers and Product Owners.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with the Director of IT and senior stakeholders to drive collaboration and deliver value.
• Governance & Reporting - Establish governance frameworks, track project performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in project and change management leadership, ideally in IT or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale, complex projects and business change initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Project Managers, Product Owners, Change Managers).
• Deep knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe and business change methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience in an international or multi-site environment

Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (SAFe or equivalent), ITIL, or a similar relevant project management framework.
