Job Description:
Our Head of Sales France will lead the French Sales team, report to the VP Sales, and collaborate closely with the Marketing department. Together, they will employ account-based selling best practices (ABM) to generate well-qualified projects within our focus companies.
Your missions:
- Lead, develop, and expand the French sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Manage a team of 9 people composed by BDR, Account Executives, Account Managers and Pre-Sales Engineer
- Strategize and drive sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your expertise to deepen market penetration.
- Optimize solution selling and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert key accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Leadership to align sales strategies with market needs and product development.
- Oversee the sales pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client acquisition processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, ensuring continuous professional development and team cohesion.
- Offer strategic insights to the Marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with Integration, and Compliance departments to streamline client onboarding.
Profile and skills required:
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on fintech, finance, or software solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams, with a track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Mastery in solution selling, negotiation, and consultative sales approaches.
- Strong understanding of financial service products and eagerness to drive strategic partnerships.
- Passion for technology, particularly in API-based and developer-centric products.
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills in French (native, C2) and English (fluent, C1).
- Collaborative mindset, with a proactive and positive approach to team leadership.

Salary Range: 80K-100K + variable salary (50% of base salary)
