Job Description
Your mission
  • Conducting market and customer analyses to identify market opportunities
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Acquisition of customers in the DACH region, and later across Europe
  • Commercial responsibility for projects, including preparation of offers, review of contract documents and cost calculations, as well as scheduling
  • Providing information and advice to customers on all business matters
  • Leading discussions and workshops with potential customers and internal colleagues to capture the required logistical processes and functions

Your profile
  • Industry knowledge, network and customer contacts in the field of intralogistics, ideally shuttle technology
  • Completed economic and/or technical education (University or Technical College)
  • Several years of professional experience insales(technical/industry)
  • Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for working closely with customers
  • Communicative personality with the ability to inspire others and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to transfer insights into a comprehensive understanding and reflect the customer's needs in process descriptions
  • Persuasive presentation skills with customers
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility in a dynamic business environment
  • Very good MS Office skills, as well as fluency in both German and English
  • Success-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, with a targeted and customer-oriented working style
