Head of Sustainability

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and leading our Sustainability Practice strategy.
• Lead and manage client programmes, guiding them through ESG reporting frameworks such as TCFD and GHG Protocol.
• Embedding sustainability into 4C and client business processes for long-term impact.
• Building strong client relationships and representing 4C at industry forums.
• Driving business development through innovative service offerings.

Your profile:

• Expertise in ESG frameworks, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams and inspiring action.

• Change management expertise.
• Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills.
• Relevant sustainability qualifications and multi-industry consulting experience are highly desirable.
