Job Description
Prevention Advisor Level 1 - 12-Month Contract (Antwerp Area)
Location: Antwerp, Belgium (with travel to Ghent & remote work options)
Contract: 12-month contract
Overview: A client of mine is looking for a Prevention Advisor Level 1 for a 12-month contract located near Antwerp. If you have a background in engineering, are fluent in Dutch and English, and hold a valid Prevention Advisor Level 1 certification, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Implement safety measures in accordance with regulations and company policies.
- Provide HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance training and support for diverse clients.
- Perform on-site visits within Flanders (primarily Ghent & Antwerp) to conduct inspections and audits.
- Report and analyze safety data remotely.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Prevention Advisor Level 1 certification.
- Degree in Engineering (preferably in a relevant field).
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Proven experience in HSE and a deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
