We've been engaged by a leader in the real estate industry to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

1. Conducting health and safety inspections of strategic land sites and contractors, reviewing data to improve outcomes.
2. Developing and implementing health and safety management systems proportionate to business risks.
3. Providing expert health and safety advice and training to project teams and stakeholders.
4. Investigating accidents and producing guidance documents as directed by the Head of Health and Safety.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

1. Proven experience in a similar role ideally from within housebuilding, construction or a related industry.
2. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people.
4. Excellent communication and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Office 365 and a focus on promoting a positive safety culture.
