Your Role

As our Health & Safety Manager, you will:

  1. Develop and implement health & safety policies, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and audits across our schools.
  3. Deliver engaging training sessions to staff and leadership teams.
  4. Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and liaise with external agencies.
  5. Ensure fire safety and emergency procedures are in place and up to date.
What We're Looking For

Essential: NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) and proven experience in health & safety management, ideally within education or multi-site environments.

Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach.

Willingness to travel across our schools within the Trust.

Desirable: IOSH membership and experience in fire safety & emergency planning.

Qualifications

Health and Safety Qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, COSHH, etc) - Desirable
