Role:

We are seeking a Population Health Insights Lead to join our client's Population Health Group. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in epidemiology to design, conduct, analyze, and interpret complex epidemiological studies, driving impactful insights for healthcare strategies. Your ability to work with Real World Data (RWD) will be crucial in shaping data-driven decisions and advancing health outcomes.

Main assignments:

• Lead the design and execution of epidemiological studies, ensuring high-quality data analysis and interpretation.
• Utilize Real World Data (RWD) to support research and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable healthcare strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and advancements in epidemiology.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree in Epidemiology or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, conducting, analysing, and interpreting epidemiological studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in Real World Data (RWD) studies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical programs such as R or SAS.
• Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Language:

• English fluency (C1/C2 Level)
• German is a plus
