This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (UK time)(5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Manila Time) includes 1h unpaid break.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to Inbound Enquiries

  • Promptly handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.

Lead Nurturing

  • Follow up with potential leads to guide them through the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers to drive engagement.
  • Deliver personalized support to increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Generate weekly reports on inquiries, responses, and outcomes.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to enhance customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Keep customer information updated in the CRM system.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of interactions for future reference.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Recommend improvements to response processes and customer nurturing strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Experience with CRM software, spreadsheets, and Google Sheets
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive problem-solving approach
