Highly-regarded full service commercial law firm with a great regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal advice.
Role to be based in central London.

THE ROLE:
The team handles a range of work for clients from SMEs to household name companies. The work is varied, providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims.
They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to focus on Court of Protection work.

THE CANDIDATE:
They are looking for someone with at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work. They welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into this exciting area.
