HGV2 DRIVER - 2 to 3 drops a day - TW16 Area

HGV2 Delivery Drivers needed ASAP in the TW16 area (Surrey). INTERVIEW w/c 27.01.25 for the right candidate.

Full-time job, Tuesday through to Saturday included (_optional Mondays, when possible_)

Start time: 04:30 hrs - _8 to 12 working hours per day_

Salary : £17.00 per hour,

Hours : Guaranteed 8 hours per shift

Rounds : 2 to 3 drops a day

MUST : 2 years HGV 2 licence & some delivery experience in the UK

You will be required to drive to warehouses in Greater London and Central London.

Duties :
Pallet deliveries to Wholefoods stores - refrigerated lorries using tail lift and with electric pump truck.
Around 2 to 3 deliveries a day
Around 48hrs a week

A full induction will be provided to the successful candidate - IMMEDIATE START

Requirements :
Physically fit , punctual and act as an ambassador for the Client
Basic PC literacy and use of handheld terminals is required
Some UK Class 2 delivery experience preferred

Experience with Central London driving is desirable

Average working week: 48 hours

Temp to Perm positions leading permanent employment for the right candidate

- You MUST hold a HGV 2 licence for at least 2 years with UK delivery experience.

- You must have a full U.K driving licence,

- You must have a valid UK CPC card & a valid digi-card,

- We will not accept more than 3 points showing on your licence (we will NOT accept DR, DD, IN, CD, DG). We will perform a DVLA for each candidate ,

- You must be able to get to work with your own transport & use your own truck Sat Nav at work,

- Good knowledge of Central London roads.

- Good knowledge of working and driving regulations WTD and driving hours

- Good understanding of spoken and written English

- Good communication and good customer service skills

Once your Temp to Perm probation is completed, the annual salary will be over £36,500 with a potential bonus of £2,300.
