We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled contracts manager to specialise in high end residential projects. Our client, a significant construction contractor in producing highly luxurious developments across London, is looking to maintain a good rapport with new and existing customers and maintain its expected high standards of production. With the ability to oversee multi-million-pound projects effectively and operate in affluent areas, this exciting and rewarding career opportunity can allow you to network to further high-end career progressions.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing progress of multi-million-pound high end residential developments from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and to the highest standards required.
- Manage client relationships, and make sure their vision is met with the highest quality.
- Ensure compliance is met with health and safety, regulatory and quality standards.
- Lead project teams and sub contractors effectively.
- Liaise with the client as well as with other roles within the project regularly to establish a seamless operation and maintain client satisfaction and inclusion.
- Monitor the progress of the project and corroborate solutions with the advice of the project manager in the event of any challenges.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a contracts manager role in high end residential construction to be knowledgeable of the required processes and standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts and procurements.
- Very strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, and possess an exceptional record in this field.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving ability, as well as a broad perspective to generate solutions effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail to deliver a high quality luxurious final product.
- Relevant qualifications such as CIOB, NVQ etc. are advantageous.
