Job summary

Our client is currently seeking a Highway Engineer (Planned Maintenance) to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves designing planned maintenance for Carriageway and Footway Resurfacing Schemes.

Key skills required for this role

Important: Experience with designing planned maintenance Carriageway and Footway Resurfacing schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing detailed plans for highway carriageway and footway resurfacing projects.
2. Developing maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the roadway infrastructure.
3. Collaborating with project teams to implement best practices in highway maintenance.
4. Conducting site inspections to assess conditions and determine appropriate maintenance measures.
5. Preparing and reviewing technical reports and documentation.
6. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are promptly addressed.
7. Ensuring all design work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
8. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to management.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in highway design and maintenance.
