The RoleAt an exciting time of growth, we are looking for a Home Turf Lettings Manager to lead our Housing Officer team and to increase Home Turf Lettings' social impact. The role will require you to organise and lead the team, forge relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including tenants, landlords, and contractors, manage operational and financial performance, and deliver the highest possible levels of customer service.
Part of Developing Health & Independence, Home Turf Lettings is a social lettings agency working across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, and Gloucestershire, to provide long-term affordable homes for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We have helped hundreds of tenants find quality, affordable accommodation in the private rental sector.
To be successful in this role, you will be inspired by and committed to HTL's mission to reduce homelessness. Experience of operational team management is essential, and qualifications and experience in housing management are desirable.
A Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.

You will also have the option to take part in DHI's on-call service, which is paid at an additional £100 per week.
