About the Role
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our venues. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services, including our high-volume 'Crush Bar' pre-show and interval service, our daytime café at the Music Hall, and our restaurant, The Terrace, at His Majesty's Theatre. You will also support our corporate hospitality, conferences, and events.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, train, and support hospitality staff to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
- Lead by example, providing a welcoming and efficient customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and stock control.
- Assist in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless venue operations.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in a hospitality role at a supervisory level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confidence in managing a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety, licensing, and customer service best practices.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenges with professionalism.
- A flexible approach to work, including evenings and weekends.
The Details
We have two permanent roles available: one at 20 hours per week and one at 15 hours per week, both working 5 days from 7, including evenings and weekends. There is scope to be flexible in these contracts. The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour which will increase in line with the real living wage effective 1st April, and we offer a suite of benefits, including staff discounts.
